How to read this
Each dot is one company. Restrictions concern a mapped website on tested connections; they do not show that a whole company is excluded. Missing evidence stays unknown.
Independent China checks and network measurements keep their own counts, dates and scope. Unusual results alone do not prove blocking. The percentage uses the full company roster, with coverage shown separately.
SPY, QQQ and DIA holdings stand in for the three indexes. Share classes count once. Main websites and selected product sites come from linked company records and official pages. Coverage is incomplete.

How it works, simply
People and groups around the world run small tests that try to open websites from their own internet connection. We read the recent results and turn them into a plain answer.
- Tests run in many countriesEach one tries to load a site, the way your browser would.
- We compare the evidenceIndependent observations help fill gaps. A failed connection alone is inconclusive.
- You get the short answer firstBlocked, Working, Maybe blocked, or Unknown. Details are there if you want them.
What “Unknown” means
When too few tests ran in a place, we don't guess. Missing data is not the same as a site being open. And a result from a handful of networks doesn't prove every provider in a country behaves the same way.
